TitleTHE STUDY ON EFFECTIVENESS THE IMMUNE-MODULATION OF RES IN BOVINE UDDERS BY BIOMAST
AutorPrzemysław Dudko, Wojciech Zawadzki
Pages5–18
Keywordsbovine mastitis, immune-modulation of RES in bovine udders, SCC, cytological quality of raw milk
AbstractShow abstract
Only single immune-modulation procedure towards the RES of udders belonged to 112 cows from included ~500 individuals herd E, whose milk during recent lactation >400 000 cells/ml was contained, but the effectiveness after their parturition were estimated. This stimulant procedure thorough 5 months after the calving the cytological quality of their milk were improved in comparison to bulk milk from all cows. However, the absence of this treatment repetition on adequate terms was caused that following months their milk gradually were deteriorated when compared to SCC value concerned to other cows (control group). During theses evaluations the linear estimations of DHI exponential series recommended by Nelson Philpot greatly were useful.

Pages19–34
Keywordsudder indeks, UI-1-(fore/hind_quarters), UI-2-(right/left_quarters), prototype a quadric-quarter milker to records
AbstractShow abstract
The estimation of individual quarter irregularity in milk flow of cows from small farms by pipeline milking machines at their standings were milked, where to this valuation of adequate modified prototype a quadric-quarter milker to records were applied. After the convenient its adaptations a judged prototype to utilization in small farm with 22 milking cows were completely useful. Because sufficient accurate data in range an individual quarter irregularity in milk flow for every cow may be documented also the variability among theses irregularities will be estimated when the time ago. This means the comparisons of these data in animals from small farms even to results was obtained in cows by robots milked may be realized. Whereas a precise interpretation of analyzed in this paper indicators are useful both for melkers and veterinarians during corrections of milking procedure (extemporaneous resolutions) as well as for manager at this herd during optimal strategy of selection and their direction course were absolute indispensable (resolution of irregularity in milk flow from cow’s quarters destination).

TitleAN ExCHANGE OF MILKING SYSTEMS FROM AN ALTERNATING TO A SIMULTANEOUS IN SMALL ANIMAL FARMS AND THE VALUE OF SOMATIC CELLS COUNT (SCC) IN MILK COLLECTED FROM QUARTERS OF THEIR UDDERS
AutorPrzemysław Dudko, Aleksander Jędruś, Mieczysław Grzelak, Daniel Stanisławski, Wojciech Zawadzki
Pages35–52
KeywordsSCC value, an exchange of milking systems, a quadric-quarter milker to records prototype
AbstractShow abstract
At 2 small milking farms by a pipeline machines for milking are milked the reaction of this cows on change a milking systems from alternating (I) to simultaneous (the same as at robots) and a return to alternative (II) were analyzed. This mean are perceived that the exchange of milking systems non only on value of SCC in quarter milk from these cows was augmented, but the reactions of healthy quarters in comparison to mastitic were different. The positive reaction of healthy quarters are consisted that after exchange from alternating (I) to simultaneous system a value of SCC in milk from milked quarters was decreased and during return to alternating (II) were increased again. There were by significant differences of analyzed SCC values as well as among their natural logarithms even are highly significant. However, at the quarters affected by mastitis 3 another reactions were registered. Because a reaction of animals from a 3 group were the same as at healthy quarters, in a 2 group the reaction on change in milking systems are not existed, but after a return to alternative (II) even small improvement were followed, whereas in a 1 group the situation after each changes of milking systems were deteriorated. These 3 another reactions in milk are milked from a mastitic quarters by 3 epidemiologic types of udders infections will be resulted. Whereas during theses comparisons in small milking farms the estimated a prototype of quadric-quarter milker to records were useful.
