This work reveals the results of the measurement of values of slackening torque which are protected by modern anticorrosion means. There was also carried out the estimation and statistical analysis of protection quality of each protections modern means, and their influence on value of slackening torque and easiness of disassembly process of the agricultural machine.

This paper presents the results of stimulation of durum wheat seeds on their germination with alternating magnetic field (about frequencies f = 50 Hz) for large doses of this fields. One used inductions of field about values: 1, 5; 5, 15, 30, 60 and 90 mT for time of influence one hour, for verification of influence long time of stimulation on the germination of the wheat. The logistic function was used to analyze of germination. Using this model are possible found the characteristic parameters of seeds germination and influence of magnetic field stimulation. Investigation of influence of large doses of alternating magnetic fields on germination of select changes of durum wheat seeds shows on their different influence on each stages of germination.
In the paper the relationship between the mixing of granular, multi-components and the fractions of a particular grain has been attempted. A cluster analysis was used in the study. Four clusters from a dendrogram illustrating taxonomical distances between the mixture components were distinguished in the analysis. Based on the means of components’ fractions the minutes of mixing influence on the clusters’ creation were established. Based on the dendrological analysis and the structure of each cluster, it has been established that the percentage of components in a blend plays a crucial role in the mixing. The most important influence on mixing had the two ingredients (sorghum and field pea) that the largest percentages shares in a mixture. Significant influence on the process had also black sunflower, yellow and green pea. The first minutes of mixing were also influenced by yellow millet, hulling oat, Carthamus tinctorius and white sorghum. Whereas the remaining components did not have any impact on mixing.

Abstract

The aim of this work was to study the ultrasound-assisted water extraction of sugar from sugar beet cossettes. The ultrasound bath device (25 kHz, 200 W) was used. The sonication accelerated sugar diffusion at both temperatures 18ºC and 77.6ºC and gave the higher level of dry matter content SS (4–6%) and sugar content CK (7–22%) in juice. The SS and CK depended on time of exposition, time and temperature of extraction. In particular, the effects of 5 min ultrasound-assisted extraction were equal to 20 min extraction in traditional conditions. The shorter time, lower temperature, higher efficiency and purity of juice could be the effects of sugar extraction with ultrasound. The change of thickness of diffusion membrane, microflows in tissue as well as it’s environment caused by ultrasound was the reason of acceleration of sugar extraction.

The study determined the hierarchy of importance of various technological and organizational factors in reference to the effectiveness of servicing the agricultural tractors using the expert-mathematical method. The hierarchy of importance of the studied parameters consists of system priorities (values expressed in percentages) of all II and III level goals, which values determine the degree of fulfillment of the major goal (effectiveness of the work of agricultural tractors).

The aim of present study is a computer simulation (using MATLAB Simulink® program) of the process of milk outflow from a cow’s teat based on the developed mathematic model. The milk stream diameter was assumed in range between 3 mm to 0.7 mm for constant pressure parameter in teat Pw and vacuum under liner Pd. In defining the vacuum in the model it was used it’s typical values in machine cow milking: 33.3 and 50.7 kPa. The result of simulation research of this proces shown that time of milk outflow from teat rise as milk stream is decreasing. Results of the research are illustrated on graphs.

It was shown the using fuzzy logic in control parameters of the cow milking process. It was made the analysis and selection control parameters. It was studied the control system in Matlab® with using Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. The result is FIS file which includes control rules. The computer simulation was carried out in Simulink. Logic verification result showed that proposed control system is working correct.
