TitleACCURACY OF STATING THE VALUATION OF REAL ESTATE TO THE ESTIMATED DOCUMENTS
AutorMarta Cholewa
Pages15–21
Keywordsvaluation, valuation of real estate, valuation of the estimated documents, significant figures, value, result.
AbstractShow abstract
Accuracy of stating the valuation of real estate to the estimated documents, is a subject not only based on issues precisely related to pricing and estimation of property value as well as the regulations concerning the preparation of documents included in the professional standards for property experts and low regulations but also in different scientific fields like: mathematics or psychology. It is rather difficult to embrace such a subjest in one phrase or scheme. Several factors influence the evaluation of property to be a precise, honest, proceeds in the understandable way for the property owner, fair and related to the obligatory regulations.

TitleTHE GENERATION OF DIGITAL TERRAIN MODEL FOR WATER FLOW’ SIMULATION ON THE RIVER’ VALLEY
AutorPiotr Gołuch
Pages23–41
KeywordsDTM, digital photogrammetry, orthoimage, digital orthophoto, twodimensional hydrodynamic modeling
AbstractShow abstract
In the paper was presented direction for use geodesy, cartography and photogrammetry products, like are Digital Terrain Model (DTM), Digital terrain’s Cover Model and digital orthophoto to determination of river valley hydraulic characteristic. DTM was used to direct description of geometry of water flow region on the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model RMA2 from the SMS software package – the mesh nodes of hydrodynamic model were imported from DTM. Also it was found that digital orthophoto and Digital terrain’s Cover Model were useful to determination of material types areas, with which roughness values were combined. Digital Photogrammetric Workstation ImageStattion ZIV was the primery equipment, which was used to generation DTM and creation digital orthophoto.

TitleAREA CAROTGRAMS IN EPIDEMIOLOGICAL RESEARCH
AutorAdam Michalski
Pages43–51
Keywordscartograms, value-by-area maps, epidemiology
AbstractShow abstract
The paper describes analysis of pancreas cancer clustering with area cartogram as a background. The analized area was Opole Voivodship. There ware 676 cases of cancer on that area. The analysis discovered, that existing distribution of relative risk did not exceed distribution expected from random variation.

TitleDETECTION OF LOCAL ANOMALIES OF ALTITUDINAL COORDINATES ZI IN A DIGITIZING PROCESS OF A TERRAIN SURFACE
AutorAndrzej Borkowski, Tadeusz Kowalczyk, Edward Osada
Pages53–63
Keywordsrandom digitizing of a terrain, accuracy of digitizing
AbstractShow abstract
The authors have proposed a method of the P(X,Y) points identification on a random-generalized terrain surface, where the Z-coordinates are significantly discrepant from the assumed “background” of a particular surface image. The analyzed background consists of average or mean square deviations of the Z-coordinates from local regression surfaces locally fitted to the points of discrete presentation of a terrain. Obtained anomalies stand either for the results of insufficient local density of a surface sampling or confirm the hypothesis assuming that the real terrain surface does not fulfill the criteria determined by mathematical terrain models for the surface z= f(X,Y) with the continuous first derivative (surfaces of the C1 class).

TitleINTERPOLATION OF QUASIGEOID HEIGHTS BY THE USE OF THE VERTICAL GRAVITY DISTURBANCES GRADIENT
AutorMarek Trojanowicz
Pages65–72
Keywordsquasigeoid heights interpolation – vertical gravity disturbances gradient
AbstractShow abstract
The paper presents a method of improving of the quasigeoid heights interpolation accuracy. The method has been based upon the vertical gravity disturbances gradient. The analyses of the requirements about accuracy of the gradient and a method of its verification has been included.

TitleA PLUMB LINE DEFLECTION IN A LOCAL MODEL OF THE DISTURBING POTENTIAL BASED ON THE LOCAL DENSITY MODEL OF TOPOGRAPHIC MASSES
AutorMarek Trojanowicz
Pages73–79
Keywordsplumb line deflection model – density model
AbstractShow abstract
The paper presents a method of using the plumb line deflection and the prior information about the density of topographic masses in a model of the disturbing potential. The model of the disturbing potential relays on the lower-degree harmonic spherical polynomials and on the local density model of topographic masses and was presented in a previous research. The formulas closed in the paper may be used to determine of topographical corrections of the plumb line deflection assuming the linear variation of the density of topographic masses. Furthermore, some conclusions about the influence of a density of topographic masses on a deflection of the vertical have also been presented

TitleFIBRE-OPTICAL LEVELLING STAFF USED FOR MEASUREMENTS OF INACCESSIBLE POINTS
AutorKazimierz Ćmielewski
Pages81–88
Keywordssurveying, geodetic equipment, fibre-lights
AbstractShow abstract
In the paper there has been presented a concept of a levelling staff equipped with the scale proportionally divided with polymodal optical-fibre. As the purpose of the innovation there is to mention an improvement of the method of pointing and reading of the levelling data under the conditions of restricted area and possible partial inaccessibility of geodetic base points.

AutorKazimierz Ćmielewski, Krzysztof Kowalski
Pages89–95
Keywordsleveling, geodetic equipment
AbstractShow abstract
The authors present in the paper a measuring set consisted of tables enabling determination of heights differences between bench marks in the places of restricted access. Furthermore, the results of experiments executed by the use of mentioned tables in correspondence to precise leveling have been shown.

TitleGEODETIC MEASUREMENTS OF VERTICAL DISPLACEMENTS ON THE FOUNDATIONS OF PAPER-MAKING MACHINE’S ASSEMBLY FIELD PERFORM DURING EXPLOITATION PROCESS
AutorJanusz Kuchmister
Pages97–108
Keywordsvertical displacement, foundation, assembly field, paper-making machines
AbstractShow abstract
The proper functionality of paper-making machine demands performing a previous assembly of its elements in accordance with the norms [Łapiński i in. 1978; Płatek 1972; Praca zbiorowa pod red. 1990; Wytyczne i normy 1996]. Before adjusting the paper-making machine at a place of exploitation, a manufacturer is being obliged to perform a preliminary test-adjustment at the assembly field. Significant dimensions of paper-making machines as well as a spatial localisation of components axes, which should be situated either perpendicular or parallel to each other at the accuracy level of hundredths part of millimetre, demands, that except of mechanical works, also geodetic measurements have to be performed. Operational field consists of some foundation plates, which should be properly spatially situated. Correct adjusting of foundation plates assures a quick and proper assembly of particular components of paper-making machine.

TitleSPECIAL APPLICATIONS OF MODULAR NETWORKS
AutorTadeusz Gargula
Pages109–118
Keywordsmodular network, temporary station, control network, setting out network
AbstractShow abstract
The paper presents a proposal of application modular networks in optimization of geodetic networks. To ascertain the influence of temporary surveying stations on technical quality of networks, simulation studies have been carried out. They concern mainly the setting out and control networks. The Otrębski’s parameter and possitional error were used as coeffitients of network quality. The comparative tests were realized as the preliminary analysis of accuracy and as well as the adjusting of the real network, by using computer programs.
