TitlePOSSIBILITIES OF MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES USAGE FOR GEO-DATA ACQUISITION IN REAL TIME FROM GEODESIC MEASUREMENTS
AutorMonika Sienkiewicz
Pages3–12
KeywordsMGIS, geographic information system, new technologies, real time, satellite Measurement
AbstractShow abstract
Fast developing technologies have a very big influence on a develop of geographic information systems. It is a reason why terrain and office works have been recently integrated, and so costs decrease and effectiveness increases. Mobile computers usage, GPS measurements develop, Internet everywhere and wireless connections are examples of a new technology used nowadays. The aim of the paper was to get to know possibilities of mobile GIS usage as a tool of data acquisition in Real time. Technology of data acquisition and necessary equipment and software was presented. Two examples of mobile GIS (so cooperation of GIS and satellite measurement) were showed as well. On the basis of presented methods a comparison of costs, effectiveness and precision of nowadays available methods was made. Analyses let the author draw a conclusion connected with wider usage of mobile GIS.

TitleUSING THE LEVELING MEASUREMENT IN MODELING OF MINING AND GEOLOGICAL PARAMETERS ON LGOM AREA
AutorEwa Sudoł
Pages13–22
KeywordsLGOM, faults, levelinge, FEM
AbstractShow abstract
Deformation analysis of mines area includes geometrical analysis and physical interpretation. The most critical problem in modeling and predicting deformations is to obtain real characteristics of material because of very different rock – mass properties and tectonic activity. This paper present the method of interpretation of physical finite element method’s modeling by using precise leveling and back analysis. Physical model was built by using laboratory research of parameters characterizing rock – mass properties. Using the back analysis the material parameters of the observed area can by correcting by using the results of precise leveling. The analysis permits to identify the deformation mechanism and to verify the in-situ parameters and explain the cause of deformation in case of irregular behavior of area.

TitleTECHNOLOGICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF MARKING OUT AND DELIMITATION OF BORDERS OF LANDS PARCELS
AutorRobert Łuczyński
Pages23–38
Keywordstechnologically-legal area of borders of land parcels, boundary point, boundary line, boundary reestablishment, delimitation of real estate
AbstractShow abstract
This article presents technological and legal aspects of geodesic works related with renewing, marking out of landmarks and establishing borders of lands parcels. In this dissertation were discussed individual cases related with measurement of boundaries and actions that geodesist executes, depending on condition of landmarks and existing geodesic- legal documentation. First case is related with situation when landmarks are not displaced, confirmed by demarcation of boundaries, which was established according to judicial decision or for cadastre purposes. Second case is connected with situation when landmarks were moved, damaged or destroyed although all documentation exists, so can be used to renew them. Third case is related with lack of proper documentation, which reveals delimitation of boundaries in land records or those data are not credible or do not meet the requirements of technological standards. In this sort of situation is necessary to delineate boundaries of lands parcels. Delimitation of boundaries can be made in two procedures – delimitation for lands and properties for cadastre purposes and demarcation of boundaries by judicial decision. An assessment of the actual situation is based on technical regulations and on real geodesic works. In order to eliminate incoherence of technologically – legal area of borders of land parcels – which are result of lack of proper distinguish of boundaries locations for purposes of cadastre from boundaries demarcations established by judicial decision – propositions of changes in existing regulations are also indicated.
