TitleTHE COMPLEXES OF SOCIAL SECURITY HOMES BUILT ON RURAL TERRAINS
AutorKamila Adamczyk, Zuzanna Borcz
Pages3–12
KeywordsLower Silesia, village, houses of social security
AbstractShow abstract
The paper deals with the chosen buildings of unagricultural functions on Lower Silesian villages. They are often social security homes, old people’s homes and hospitals. These houses, distinguished by big cubature and architectural forms dominate the given village architecture. Three examples of such buildings, localized in the Lower Silesia province, are presented in the paper: in Małkowice village near Wrocław, in suburbs of Ząbkowice Śląskie and in the small village Brzostowo. In the space of years they often were not used in agreement with their assignment for example as schools or dwelling houses, and now they are returning to their primary functions.

TitleTHE LOCAL BUILDING MATERIAL AS FACTOR THE FORMATIVE SCENERY OF POLISH VILLAGE
AutorAnna Cała, Iwona Orzechowska-Szajda
Pages13–21
Keywordsvillage, building, local materials, regionalism
AbstractShow abstract
Article has review character. Be consecrated regional architecture as well as building materials, from which these buildings came into being. Except generally received types of the regional architecture authoress would like to turn the attention also on with pretence nothing to distinguish oneself country architecture which contributes thanks local building material to individualized buildings in region and the general spatial order. Therefore except typical examples of regional buildings, as the Tatra Highlands architecture, or sudecka the authoresses call from kłodzko region the also typical Polish villages, in which the local stone is one of basic building materials architectural and decorative.

TitleTHE INFLUENCE OF THE DIFFERENT THICKNESS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF WALLS ON THE STATIC WORKS PERPENDICULAR MONOLITHIC TANKS
AutorWiesław Buczkowski, Anna Szymczak-Graczyk
Pages23–34
Keywordsperpendicular tanks, the load with the temperature, .nite differences method
AbstractShow abstract
In this article has been presented comparison of values and distribution of bending moments for three monolithic perpendicular tanks with the same dimensions, but differ from walls thickness and construction. Analysis results concern of standing on ground tanks, .lled with liquid. Also in.uence of temperature has been taken.

TitleROAD SUBBASES CONSTRUCTED USING FLY-ASH, CEMENT AND RECYCLED AGGREGATES
AutorJacek Mądrawski
Pages35–42
Keywordsrecycled aggregate, road subbase
AbstractShow abstract
Aggregates are important components of concretes. However, resources of natural deposites of them are decreasing. Use of waste aggregates seems to be alternative solution. The aim of studies was to examine possibilities of repeated use of building by-products and .y-ashes for construction of road subbases.

TitleUSING OF DYNAMIC VIBRATION ABSORBERS FOR REGULATION OF VIBRATING COMPACTOR VIBRATION PROPERTIES
AutorBohdan Diveyev, Ivan Kernytskyy, Nazar Kernytskyy, Jurij J. Vybranets
Pages43–50
Keywordsmathematical model, vibrating compactor, dynamic vibration absorber (DVA)
AbstractShow abstract
A new mathematical model for complicated machine constructions dynamic properties calculation and optimization by DVA is proposed. The essence of the method is to introduce the few parameter models such that the differential equations for machines construction and there dynamic properties optimization can be effectively analyzed.
