TitleANALYSIS OF REGULATIONS REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE OF ESTATE
AutorDariusz Felcenloben
Pages3–13
Keywordsdemarcation of property, assessment of borders
AbstractShow abstract
The purpose of this work is to analyse administrative-judicial model of demarcation procedure which was specified in bylaws of act from 17th may 1989 Prawa geodezyjnego i kartograficznego (from year 2005, Dz.U. Nr 240, poz.2027) and to rate its construction in context of the party entitlement in procedure that enables its active participation in process of creating final conclusion and to point out solutions that will give such guarantees. Research has been carried applying the method of analysis with the use of static interpretation of legal act and taking under consideration accomplishment of doctrine and jurisdiction from Supreme Administrative Court and Supreme Court which has maintained relevance. In the work, conclusions were formed de lege ferende, to point out the necessity of making procedure of property demarcation more accurate, to eliminate doubts emerging at its usage.

TitleTHE ESTIMATION OF ERRORS OF AREA MODELS DESCRIBED BY THE SHAPE FUNCTIONS BY THE MEANS OF NEURAL NETWORKS
AutorMaria Mrówczyńska
Pages15–23
Keywordsneural networks, gradient methods of optimalization, approximation method
AbstractShow abstract
The article deals with the issue of estimation of the area models errors determined on the basis of a discrete points set with the given values of space coordinates (x, y, z). The object was assumed to be described by shape functions in the form of the elliptic paraboloid and the hyperbolic paraboloid. The digital task accomplishment consisted in the statistic verification of errors of the models determined by neural networks and by the accomplishment of adjustment tasks. Modeling by the means of neural networks was carried out by the unidirectional multilayer networks with the application of gradient methods of optimalization and by ResilientbackPropagation algorithm (RPROP). The obtained results were compared with the following results of approximation of the second and the third degree of polynomial, the b-spline function and the kriging’s method.

AbstractShow abstract
The dynamic of urban development requires continuous and instant updating of domestic spatial information system, e.g. Urban GIS. It inclines to search for effective, not too expensive data sources that show changes of various objects. Reliable sources of topographic information are remote sensing images gained from aerial as well as satellite altitude. Every year aerial photos are gathered in Poznan, which are then used to actualize dates in the city map base. Every couple of years the orthophotomap is also renewed. However, that is an expensive and labor-consuming task, stand on those smallest communities can’t afford. Research works conducted in Poznan University of Technology attempt to estimate the capabilities of using very high resolution (VHR) satellite images for this purpose. The main target is usage an ortho-rectified images to detect the changes of topographic objects recorded in Urban GIS database. First of all, quality of the orthophotomap determines quality of these works, as well in geometric as radiometric respect. The aim of this work is to give the answer about usefulness of an employed procedure for the QuickBird image rectification, including pansharpening, DTM generation and assessment of an absolute accuracy of the created orthophotomap. Test area encircles 5x5 km part of a city recorded in QuickBird-2 OrthoReady Standard Imagery.
