Depriyation ownership right or other right to real estate can be realize only exclusively. Then, valid identification belongs to concede. In this paper procedurę of expropriation was done. It pay attention on rights of persons who where expropriation and present results of results carried on area northern Poland. In the paper, underline these aspects, it has come in which for other interpretation of obligatory regulations. It perform comparison of procedurę of compulsory purchase of real estate in Poland and Germany. It research cases of compulsory purchases of real estate in last years 2002-2005.

Due to rapid urban development and expansion, much attention has been paid recently to the problem of enyironmental management and ąuality improvement in the city, which resulted in the promotion of open space development, so as to make this type of space an integral part of city centers. Open spaces perform yarious important functions in developed settlement units, i.e. the cities, contributing to an increase in the value of urban areas. The present paper is example of identification of an arrangement and structure of those fields, enables correct management those fields.

AbstractShow abstract
The enactment of a local plan of spatial management for a commune or its part obliges the communal authorities to implement the decisions included in the plan. The enactment of a plan introducing production and seryice functions to the area of the commune and then a consistent realisation of the accompanying infrastructure funded by the commune budget increase the investment attractiveness of the area. Local plan prepared for the area of the town commune Oława (LPSM Oława Industry), in which the commune declared to bear many costs related to the creation of investment conditions attractive for potential investors, was analysed. Some of the obligations of the commune resulting from the plan include realisation of technical infrastructure for the area of economic actiyity (sewage and water supply system). Moreover, the commune declared to cover the costs of building access roads to the public road, railway siding and gas and electricity supply. The above activities result from the local plan approved by the commune council.

The study characterises the processes of population relocation including the density of population and the balance of migration in Lower-Silesia rural and town-rural communes in the years 1988, 1996 and 2002. The analyses of selected demographic processes in rural and town-rural communes were diyided into thematic groups: analysis of population development and location in rural areas of Lower-Silesia Voivodship, analysis of migration in rural areas of Lower-Silesia, differences in the degree of the elements in the analysed years. The analysis will make it possible to find communes with favourable, average and unfavourable demographical changes within the analysed features and to present the results in a form of cartograms.

AbstractShow abstract
The agricultural land and forest land dominate in land use structure. A qualitative and quantitative reserye of agricultural land is important for food economy. Changes in area, which result from social, economic and ecological development, have an effect on dynamics of land use structure. The analysis includes the agricultural land in Opole province, but the present work is synthetic formulation of results. The paper describes state at the present time and prospects of quantitative changes in area of agricultural land, identifies and characterizes processes which effect change of area or qualities of agricultural land. Formulating 3 yariants of quantitative prognosis of agricultural land basing on following hypothesis; trend of changes consistent with hitherto existing dynamics, intensify of ratę afforestation of agricultural land by farm workers, intensify of ratę of building of agricultural land.

The dissertation presents the basie rules of estimating the real estate using the method of correeting the average price. The pattern for estimating the real estate value by the method of correeting the average price into the lineal funetion of many yariables has been transformed. The analysis of the precision of the method in relation to the precision achieved due to the lineal model of regression of multiple yariables has been shown. The results confirm the smaller accuracy of estimating the real estate value using the method of correeting the average price in relation to the results from the model of lineal regression of yariables.

This study presents the characteristics of a real estate leasing contract in the Belgian legał system. This system of real estate leasing has been functioning in Belgium sińce 1969 and there are many aspects of it which could be implemented in Poland. The authors present the way in which this interesting problem has been solved in Belgium, taking into account the fact that the system of civil law in that country, like in Poland, is based on the Napoleonie Code; however, unlike in Poland, it has developed in an unhindered manner in the free market conditions and now it can be treated as an example, or at least to provide guidance, in seeking solutions to similar problems in Polish civil law. The study presents selected features of a real estate leasing contract, especially focusing on the mutual obligations involved. Rent is an important element of a contract. An analysis is madę of various types of real estate leasing contracts. In particular, communal leasing is presented, which, considering the shortage of apartments on the communal market, could be an interesting solution and a significant factor in communal real estate management.
