The paper deals with the chosen buildings of unagricultural functions on Lower Silesian villages. They are often social security homes, old people’s homes and hospitals. These houses, distinguished by big cubature and architectural forms dominate the given village architecture. Three examples of such buildings, localized in the Lower Silesia province, are presented in the paper: in Małkowice village near Wrocław, in suburbs of Ząbkowice Śląskie and in the small village Brzostowo. In the space of years they often were not used in agreement with their assignment for example as schools or dwelling houses, and now they are returning to their primary functions.

Therefore except typical examples of regional buildings, as the Tatra Highlands architecture, or sudecka the authoresses call from kłodzko region the also typical Polish villages, in which the local stone is one of basic building materials architectural and decorative.

Aggregates are important components of concretes. However, resources of natural deposites of them are decreasing. Use of waste aggregates seems to be alternative solution. The aim of studies was to examine possibilities of repeated use of building by-products and .y-ashes for construction of road subbases.
A new mathematical model for complicated machine constructions dynamic properties calculation and optimization by DVA is proposed. The essence of the method is to introduce the few parameter models such that the differential equations for machines construction and there dynamic properties optimization can be effectively analyzed.
